  From the very beginning, my brother and I were in a rough spot dealing with everything surrounding our mother’s health while trying to make the best decisions for our father. We were overwhelmed and just wanted to do right by both of them because we love them so much. Finding Home Instead Woodland Hills was truly a blessing. They were flexible, compassionate, and supportive from day one, always checking in and making sure our dad and our family were happy. The caregivers they provided are not only wonderful—they are amazing. They’ve been truly incredible with our father, and now he’s thriving and excited to live life again. Their care, compassion, and professionalism have been a true blessing to our family.

  I have been working with Home Instead for almost 2 years now, for in-home caregiving for my mother-in-law. I have not once been unhappy with their service! Their office staff (Marie, Chita) is always super responsive, and every single time have been immediately available when I reached out to them. They have contacted me with concerns the caregivers have had, they provided a caregiver whose only role was to drive to appointments and be a companion there. They have processed paperwork required by our long term care insurance company, and in a timely manner. They have always accommodated any requests we had regarding times/dates, or if a particular caregiver was preferred or if one was disliked (once). I really have only positive things to say about this agency and the service they have provided to my whole family! I highly recommend them.

  We felt so fortunate to have 3 wonderful caregivers - Cindy, Yesenia, and Lan - who provided exceptional assistance and support in our time of need. Chita, who coordinated the hours and staff, was also excellent, especially in the genuine care, understanding and flexibility in making special arrangements for our particular situation. We are truly grateful for them all, and we believe that Home Instead deserves the highest recommendation in every respect.

  A true blessing to our family They've been taking care of my mom who has dementia for the last year with such kindness, professionalism and genuine compassion. Our caregiver is a special human-attentive, respectful and truly dedicated to her well being. She is part of out family now. The team is responsive and easy to communicate with, they always go the extra mile to make sure my mom is comfortable and supportive. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands. Im incredibly grateful for their care and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and heartfelt support for a loved one.
