He was very nice, very patient, polite, he took his time to explain everything to me and seemed very knowledgeable. Sam wanted to make sure I understood everything and told me he would follow up with me in two weeks. I am sure he will. I was just shocked by the price of their 3 step system. Very expensive. I hope it will help me as Good Feet Store is advertising.

I have plantar fasciitis, but have also had both hips replaced (with still some mild discomfort) and pain in my knee. Once Poet measured me and I started walking around in the store with the insoles in, the pain in my knee was gone. They feel like a welcomed massage, my feet needed. I didn't realize I was slouching from discomfort, but I totally was and now I am standing taller. I am two days in and already feeling so much better. Poet is truly an asset. Thank you for your knowledge, expertise and care. It is clear you love your job and helping people.

Then he tries to tell me that I can only get insoles if I paid a mandatory 600. Me and my wife have purchased insoles here before ,and that was never the case! Me nor any of my associates or colleagues will ever be going here
