I went to the store in Woodland Hills. I had Sam as my associate. He was very nice, very patient, polite, he took his time to explain everything to me and seemed very knowledgeable. Sam wanted to make sure I understood everything and told me he would follow up with me in two weeks. I am sure he will. I was just shocked by the price of their 3 step system. Very expensive. I hope it will help me as Good Feet Store is advertising.

I started my Good Feet journey on Sunday, at the recommendation of my mom. I have plantar fasciitis, but have also had both hips replaced (with still some mild discomfort) and pain in my knee. Once Poet measured me and I started walking around in the store with the insoles in, the pain in my knee was gone. They feel like a welcomed massage, my feet needed. I didn't realize I was slouching from discomfort, but I totally was and now I am standing taller. I am two days in and already feeling so much better.
Poet is truly an asset. Thank you for your knowledge, expertise and care. It is clear you love your job and helping people.

First of all, the salesman talked to me like I buy cheap insoles. He said "these aren't Dr. Scholl's". I felt so disrespected. Then he tries to tell me that I can only get insoles if I paid a mandatory 600. Me and my wife have purchased insoles here before ,and that was never the case! Me nor any of my associates or colleagues will ever be going here
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet Arch Supports differ from regular inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible function to correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief unlike ordinary inserts or insoles.
Can arch supports help if I already wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, arch supports stabilize the foot to minimize or alleviate discomfort caused by foot-related problems, which shoes alone may not address.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day?
Yes, customers aged 6 and above can take their arch supports home the same day after fitting and selection at the local Good Feet Store.
