StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Woodland Hills offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- AEAshley ENov 21, 20245.0So I’ve been going to Stretch Lab for a couple years off and I just recently moved to Woodland Hills area and I was needing a good stretch just the call when booking with Asia was so lovely she was so professional and very understanding of my restrictions. I went in it was very clean and my Flexologist Sutton was so amazing to work with we did the MAPS test first and then got into the stretch he kept checking in since I’m dealing with a injury and I woke up feeling like a million dollars thank you Woodland Hills Stretch Lab!

I’ve had surgery she knew exactly who I should see and exactly what I needed and she did she come through. I went in that very same night. I haven’t felt better in years. With all my surgeries, with nerve block and nerve ablations, this truly is the first time I was pain-free. I can’t wait for my next session!!!!
