Chita, who coordinated the hours and staff, was also excellent, especially in the genuine care, understanding and flexibility in making special arrangements for our particular situation. Vivian came out to our home to meet my brother and discuss his needs with us. She was friendly, respectful and genuinely cared about providing us with a caregiver that would meet my brothers needs. She also proved to be an advocate for my brother as well. Rockin Oldies isn’t your average caregiving company. The staff really does care about what they do and are proactive and involved with the support they provide. The company has more of a “family” vibe and it shows! They have also been easily accessible to answer any questions we have had. We are so happy we decided to switch companies and go with Home Instead Rockin’ Oldies.
