On Friday I called Home Instead Senior Care and the owner Cheeta finally returns my call around 4:30 pm. Cheeta reluctantly made an appt to meet my Mom and I at the hospital on Saturday early afternoon. She never showed up or called. Very disappointed in her lack of professionalism. I would never recommend someone who values my business and time so little.
