I have been coming to this pharmacy for many years and today was the worst experience I have ever had. I was on the phone when I was a bit off to the side and then hung up about 1ish. There were 2 patients in line when the last one in line said "Oh they are closing after me, they close for lunch at 1". I then told the elderly lady with gray hair behind the register that it was urgent that I receive the prescription for my child who was very ill. She was very rude saying to me "well we are closed and the pharmacist is gone to lunch and cant help you". She repeated herself multiple times and was saying it in a very rude manner while still in front of 2 other patients in the line. I then walked over to see if there was some children's Tylenol. While I was kneeling down to look the lady with gray hair behind the counter began talking about me to the other patients in line saying that I was rude, didn't have any manner, was disrespectful and clearly didn't know how to understand. I then stood up very upset that she would be talking about me to other patient's that is a violation of HIPPA. I then went to the front of the store to speak with the store manager who attempted to help me with seeing if the pharmacist would return to help me and the pharmacist stated she was out to lunch. The manager then attempted to help me to do it via the Safeway app when she received a call back from the pharmacist that told her she would help me. When the pharmacist with dark hair opened up the gray gate she did not open it enough for me to see her face, but proceeded to ring me up for the prescription and with a very rude tone said "Just so you know we do go to lunch from 1-1:45p." To which I responded I was here about 1ish and she said "No you were not I was here watching and you got here at 1:03p." I did not say anything at that point because she was helping me with the prescription but if she was there and you knew I was there and I did say that it was very important to get this prescription for my very ill child why not help me then? Very disappointed and need to find corporates number to file a formal complaint about violation on HIPPA.

The first time I came I didn’t have the best experience, but the second time I came Jennifer took care of me and she was very helpful and friendly and she made sure that I got my problems figured out with my prescription. She went above and beyond and for that I am very grateful, definitely would recommend :)
