I grew up visiting this pharmacy. This is single handedly the meanest location of any store or business I have ever been to. If they don’t like the way you answer questions or if you’re not upbeat enough they are extremely mean to you. If you ask too many questions or are “difficult” they will ANNOUNCE your prescription to everyone in line to try and shame you! They not only did it to me but i’ve seen it done countless times to others. They even do this tactic to elderly people who don’t entirely understand what they’re doing. The pharmacists will also roll their eyes at you or raise their voice like no one manages them or writes them up. This isn’t one or two pharmacists I’m talking about it’s the experience I got every time I went. My heart would pound before talking to them so I stopped going. I’m in my 30s + live 2 minutes from this pharmacy but I refuse to use it, I drive 10 mins to Ralphs in Murr. I didn’t have the courage to speak up when I was a kid or young adult, but now I have the courage to communicate publicly to all of you to never use this pharmacy.

A very disrespectful staff. Unnecessary attitude.....bot only that but called for medication refill on my child they said they where working on it. Then never notified me when prescription was complete I called they gave me attitude but said they would work on it but still didnt notify me of status. 3 days after I started refill, I am finally receiving a message saying it's ready for pick up.

Mario (at the Sav On Pharmacy drop off counter) is one of the rudest & most unhappy people in the business. I needed to transfer a prescription from CVS and Mario lost his mind over how horrible CVS is. He repeatedly told me it would take days “even a week” to get a transfer. Oddly enough, I never asked or gave much mind to how long the wait would be, as it’s not a prescription I need often. I tried to tell Mario that waiting wasn’t an issue for me and I just needed to know when to check back or if I would hear from him, but he continued on his rampage about how horrible CVS is, then called over the pharmacist to pass me onto someone else out of his pure frustration. The pharmacy manager (Ivy, I think) was fantastic, told me to check back later & then called me within an hour to let me know the status of the transfer. Easy peasy. We all have bad days, but Mario needs a prescription for a chill pill.

I called to check what size anxiety meds this pharmacy carries. My vet is prescribing them for my dog. (I also work for the vet so I called to check for him so he can write the prescriptions ). The troll that answered the phone told me “we carry whatever any other pharmacy would have in stock.” So rude! Mind you I identified myself and said I’m calling from the hospital- she doesn’t even know i’m the prospective customer. I still need the info so I ask her to specify. She then tells me they don’t carry pet medications with her attitude again. I told you already I’m asking for fluoxetine and clonidine… those are human medications. She then reads me the strengths she carries. She mad a 1 min conversation take longer than it needed to and lost a customer. I took the info and had him order it to bear creek pharmacy. Your staff is rude to providers I imagine the customer service would be even worse!

Over the last 3 years this pharmacy has delivered the least pain from vaccinations as compared to other nurses and pharmacies.
