After being stuck in a hopeless cycle of addiction for years, Trinity Behavioral health was a great place to find hope and determination to live a healthy life again. They focus not only on addiction but mental health disorders as well. The staff is supportive, kind and genuinely interested in your overall well being and happiness. This program offers a certain degree of independence that helped my partner and I find the discipline to continue our recovery after completing treatment. The houses are clean and well maintained by the house managers and staff. If you alone, or you and your partner are looking for a program that will support you as a couple and independently- TBH allows you to get help without having to be separated from your spouse. They offer individual and couples therapy as well as group therapy. I cannot recommend this program enough.

TBH is by far the best treatment center I have ever been to. My partner and I were at a treatment center before coming to TBH that discharged us with really no where to go and without any direction. We are so lucky to find TBH. They let us come as a couple and we got our own room in a very comfortable housing situation. The groups are much more engaging than any other treatment center I have been to before. They do a great job of balancing mental health with substance abuse therapy. The groups are small and the staff is truly invested in your well being. You get to meet with an individual therapist weekly in a one on one session and if you come with a partner you both receive a couples therapy session together. My girlfriend and I are truly lucky to find TBH. We came in destitute, jobless, and addicted and just in a few months we have found jobs, a community, security and most of all sobriety. I cannot recommend this place enough.

If you and your partner are looking for a detox, inpatient or IOP treatment facility i would highly recommend and encourage TBH. As a polysubstance addict at my rock bottom I have been able to get and stay clean since July 2025 and it's do to the great staff and program here at TBH. They facilitated and arranged my travel from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles and helped me detox under the supervision a medical doctor with medication to ease the discomfort. Then when feeling well enough I began personalized therapy sessions in a small group, as a couple and one on one. The sessions are mainly DBT, some AA/NA(but not jammed down your throat), art therapy, psyco therapy and more. And after the day of programming is finished you have the rest of the time to go out and enjoy the world again as a sober member of society. (groups are monday thru Saturday with sunday off) THB also takes the residents for a group outting once a week to either see a movie or hit up a local tourist spot. As for the housing i would say it is very acceptable and comfortable. You and your partner get your own room and share the kitchen and living room with sometimes nobody or up to 2 other couples. Anyway as a still sober guy who put his life into the hands of THB I would recommend anyone struggling with addiction to reach out and let them help you the way they helped me. Good luck and God bless Jimmy

I was sick of how my life was going and sick of waking up sick that's what brought me to trinity I appreciated On how open minded the staff was and how they were always there to answer any questions you had. All the therapists were great. I really felt like I was listened to with my therapist.Art therapy was my favorite even tho when I first got there I didn't like it but it grew on me Jon's is great at that group. Psychotherapy with Patty was good too couples therapy helped with figuring out how to be a couple again without drugsI feel more like myself before I was just a shell of a person and hating life If your hesitant Do it so you can start living The one thing I will take with me is You can have a life outside of drugs and learn to have fun with ur partner again I would recommend Trinity if they wanted to change and learn how to do it sober

My experience with Trinity Behavioral Health was horrible, and I wouldn’t advise anyone who wants help to go here. Communication was one of the biggest problems. Emails and requests regularly went unanswered. In one week alone I sent seven emails to my treatment team and received zero responses. When I tried to get help from other staff members, I was repeatedly told, “Speak with your treatment team, we can’t help you.” The program runs six days a week with virtually no flexibility. Even missing 30 minutes of a group session for something like a doctor’s appointment is counted as missing the entire day. I felt like any appointments were an inconvenience to staff rather than an important part of my healthcare. There’s hardly any assistance with transportation- they only provide rides to and from the center, nothing else. Grocery runs, doctor visits, etc. is entirely up to the clients to figure out themselves. There is no doctor on site. I requested to see my own medical chart and was not allowed to, which raised serious transparency concerns and made me feel very uncomfortable. The housing situation felt like a free-for-all. None of the houses have a house manager so there’s practically no supervision. The most alarming incident happened the night before I left. A roommate burst into my room holding a butcher knife, yelling in my face, and refusing to leave or put the knife down. Police had to be called. It took the owner over an hour to arrive, and despite the seriousness of the situation, the program did not remove the client or implement any consequences whatsoever! After that, I no longer felt safe living there. I hope management reviews incidents like this and implements stronger safety and supervision policies. Overall, my experience left me feeling beyond unsupported and unsafe. If you are considering a rehab, mental health treatment program, or sober living environment, I strongly recommend researching other options before choosing this one.
