  The man who works there is rude and refused to process a refund for me; I had to drive all the way to Downey just to get it done. Terrible store.

  Walked to see what new products they, thr got working there was practically my shadow and was constantly asking do you need something! Can't browse the store without being stereotype

  This is hands down the worst store experience I have ever had. I tried to return GNC products that were purchased online. The store staff refused, claiming they don’t accept returns “for no reason.” I contacted GNC online customer service, who clearly confirmed the return was allowed and said the store would be notified. I went back again and was refused a second time. I showed them the official chat confirmation, and instead of helping, the staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and even told me not to come back. This store either does not follow GNC policy or does not care about customers at all. I don’t know if other GNC locations operate like this, but this store is by far the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.
