    Ralphs Pharmacy over charges for prescriptions. I went in to buy Albuterol and I was charged $52. After I left, I looked up prices from other pharmacies because I though I was over charged. I could have paid $15 at Rite Aid, or Walmart. What a rip off.

    Some of the pharmacists at Ralphs Pharmacy Whittier are very cranky. No service with a smile. I'm moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

    They get to know you and call you by first name. Your not just a number your a person and they treat you like family.

    This review does not target the entire store. This review pertains to the only reason I shop at this Ralphs. The butcher is absolutely wonderful! If you are the cook at your house, the mom, the taxi driver for the kids to sports and social outings, you need to know about Bill T., the best butcher in town! I discovered Bill T. when I overheard a conversation months ago that he was having with another customer. He helped her select her meat, made recommendations, etc. Since then, when I am in a rush and need to plan for a meal, Bill will walk me through a great dinner. Last night for example, I baked for 5 hours, a tri-tip roast on very low heat following Bill's instructions. It was terrific and ready just as I scheduled. Happens every time! Fish, chicken, etc. (Don't ignore the turkey selections). He has a wealth of info and happily shares it.
