  I had appointment at 8:40am for blood test. I arrived 8:32am and click on my checkin link, it said i am checked in. Kept waiting. Asked the staff twice and was told to wait another 5 minutes when i had already waited 30 minutes. I guess they wanted to finish everyone in the waiting area before taking me in. I walked out. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible staff . Goodbye Quest

  It has been a week since my blood was collected on January 12, 2006. Today, January 17, the Quest website still shows that the test is “in progress.” However, my doctor already called me on January 14 to inform me that all the lab results were available. Why is there such a long delay in updating the lab results online?
