Their (over and above) customer service was more than great! The consultant Mai was very attentive, honest, and helpful with helping me pick out my frames and fitting me for my new glasses. She took very good care of me. There was another consultant (unfortunately I forgot her name, I think it was Veronica) she was very honest, helpful and friendly also. Christina Hii, OD was the doctor who gave me the eye exam. She was great and went above and beyond taking care of me and my eyes. Very nice. (and her assistant, I think his name was Richard) . They were ALL very patient and understanding with me, which made my overall experience excellent. I will definitely be referring this location (and all that work there) to all my friends and family. With only a week left in the year and my insurance benefit about to expire, I stopped by the Westminster store where I’ve previously purchased three pairs. I was immediately greeted and assisted by Lan. I didn’t know what type of frame I wanted and Lan gave me her honest and professional opinion about what would be the best fit and style for me.
