  Great family facility! The pediatrics office is always clean and staff is friendly and organized. We drive all the way from Glendale to the Westlake location to ensure our daughter and son get the best care from Dr. Vasko.

  My daughter Izabel has been with Dr Shaffer since birth and I can’t think of a more wonderful doctor and team. They are caring and considerate and always make me feel like my daughter is in good hands.

  Horrible experience with the staff (except the doctor). Zero consideration or empathy. Ridiculous ‘screening’ process only to be told ‘no appointments’. And this is not the first time I’ve had such a poor experience.
