  Everything went smooth from start to finish, easy check in, superior service by my PA, and MA was fabulous! But, it’s a small lobby and I don’t think grandma and her multiple grandchildren should be seated in the lobby waiting for mom when patients need those seats. I just don’t think it’s a good set up. It’s not a play center for kids- it’s a lobby and should be treated as such. I prefer Westwood location. They understand this structure. Good thing I’ll only be visiting twice a year !

  Wish I could give 0 stars. I have never left a bad review in my life, but I am so in shock by the poor care I received that I feel it would be a disservice to other pregnant women not to leave this review. Called the on call doctor because I'm bleeding and 8 weeks pregnant and the very first thing she said to me was "it's 730 in the morning and we're not open." She was the rudest person I have ever spoken to in any sort of care role and so insensitive and followed up with "I mean if you're hemorrhaging go to the ER, if not you can see us on Monday. I mean you're 8 weeks so there's nothing we could do anyways but you could come in if you want." That was it. I am actually in tears, and in disbelief. I thought this is what health care providers are for? To provide health care. I am honestly dumbfounded.

  When you hear the words “uterine biopsy,” your first instinct is to pack your bags and move to another planet. I was completely freaked out walking in, but Dr. Lenox was an absolute rockstar. She offered every possible pain management and talked me through the entire thing like a calming podcast host. Pain level? Solid 3/10 OB satisfaction? 10/10
