  I made an appointment, there was only about a 5 min wait. The person who drew blood did an EXCELLENT job. I have hard veins to poke, he did it on the first shot and there is not any bruising at all

  Extremely slow results, terrible service. Worst diagnostic lab I have ever used. A simple bloodwork test took over 5 days with absolutely no results. Called customer service 2 times but no definitive answer. If you need results in a timely manner, go elsewhere. This place is unreliable.went to Westlake village location.
