Unlike the chain pharmacies, West Knoll can fill prescriptions within minutes if you walk in (but it's still considerate to call ahead), and their staff is literally a family, so you feel as though you've been welcomed into someone's home when you visit. West Knoll has turned a most unpleasant experience -- visiting the pharmacy -- into something I enjoy. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

They filled my prescriptions immediately and when I went to pick them up I was exceptionally well treated by the staff. The pharmacist introduced himself, shook my hand, and thanked me for my business. This is superlative customer service and very highly appreciated. Absolutely five stars.
