    On Sunday, 12/7 at approximately 4:30 PM, I called the pharmacy and had an unexpectedly negative experience. The male staff member who answered the phone was unusually rude and dismissive, which was surprising given the courteous service I normally receive from Kateryna. After I was given the run around by this man I asked to speak with a pharmacist, I was told I could not, despite being informed that one was present. When I then requested to speak with a store manager, the employee laughed and hung up on me. This behavior is highly concerning, especially from someone handling matters related to patients’ health and medications. It raises serious doubt about whether this individual should be entrusted with such responsibilities.

    My wife and I have been coming to this pharmacy for about five years, and Cat (Catherine) has been exceptional from day one. She is knowledgeable, patient, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we understand our medications and feel supported. Her professionalism is matched by genuine kindness, and it’s clear she truly cares about her patients. We’re grateful for her help over the years — Cat is a major reason we continue to trust and rely on this pharmacy.

    This is one of the best pharmacies I have. We most of the time contact with one very helpful person Kateryna. She always pays attention what we need and try to help us. Kateryna very friendly and as the technician fast and efficient. Any hold of the medication can be resolved with her in during few hours. Recommend contact with her who's looking for an immediate help to get medication.
