  I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this studio. As a first-time visitor looking for a Pilates studio close to my workplace, I was initially interested in joining. When I arrived, the studio was closed, so I decided to visit the tanning salon in the same building while I waited. When I returned, I discovered that my car had been blocked in. I notified the Pilates instructor who was present, but she refused to allow me to move my vehicle until her class had finished. I found this response to be unprofessional and inconsiderate. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. I had been seriously considering joining the studio, but due to the lack of courtesy and professionalism shown, I will not be returning.

  Stopped by on my trip to LA from NY and used my passport membership to take a 1.5 class with Veniese. Instructor was very enthusiastic and creative with her routine. She was very knowledgeable, explaining the science behind the movement. I’d recommend stopping by on your next visit.

  I’m so happy a club Pilates opened near me with the same front desk manager, who I loved, as the CP I used to go to!

  So happy they finally opened a Club Pilates in walking distance from me! I've been loving the trainers at this location, and the front desk people are very friendly!
