  Very disappointing. My wife was there for a colonoscopy, terrible care. They didn't even let her recuperate after her anesthesia and rushed her out. What is this place, a factory?

  Had a colonoscopy procedure scheduled for 12:30 pm 29 NOV 2023 with Dr. Anna Askey. I called at 7 am to report that I had no bowel movement and to seek medical advice. They said they will reach out to the doctor and get back with me. I didn't hear back. I called again at 8:30 am to report the same and to seek medical advice. They said Dr. Askey is in and it won't be long before I hear back. I didn't hear back. I called again at 10:44 only to be told to call a different number to reschedule. No explanation, no concern, no pologies, etc. This is not the way to treat patients.

  Front desk staff has no understanding of what work place professionalism is. While they are polite to you while checking in they go about having personal conversations regarding all sorts of topics within the same room as the patients while they are waiting to be seen. During the time I waited to be seen the employees could be heard cussing, discussing their personal issues, what they are having for lunch, making fun of a patient who was vomiting in the restroom, and lastly making fun a patient who had just called in asking questions about their procedure. I’m not expecting them to be silent, but have some respect and at the very least keep you voices low. Or play some music in the waiting area so the patients are not forced to listen to the staff complaining about how much they hate their job…. On the other hand, the doctors and nurses were amazing. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

  Great experience. Dr Shaposhnikov top notch physician. The staff excellent.
