  Makes no sense to make an appointment to pick up a stool sample kit then make another appointment to drop it off. It's not like they call you right at the appointment time. You're still waiting even if you check in early, they call you about 15 minutes after your appointment time. So let's say you check in 15 minutes early, you're still waiting 30 minutes. We shouldn't have to make an appointment to pick up a container and another appointment to return it.

  I visited the Question Diagnostics Center in West Hills and my experience was excellent. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. My technician was Diana and she was very professional and explained everything every step of the way. I could not have a have had a better visit.

  I had my blood tests done at Quest Diagnostics and I wanted to share a very positive experience. I am usually very afraid of having blood drawn, but the medical professional who took my samples was absolutely wonderful. He immediately noticed that I was nervous and handled everything with great care and patience. He explained what he was doing step by step, which helped me relax. Most importantly, he was extremely gentle — I honestly didn’t feel anything at all. I really appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and understanding. Experiences like this make a big difference for people who are anxious about medical procedures. Thank you for the excellent care.

  My visit to Quest Diagnostics went very smoothly. The environment was clean, bright, and welcoming. Tina was extremely polite, professional, and did an excellent job. The whole experience was efficient and stress-free. Highly recommended.
