  We arrived at the chosen time, with our paperwork in hand. We went inside and with a woman named Susan. She struggled with the tests assigned, accused a pediatrician of selecting tests unsuitable for a 3 year old, had us call the pediatrician, consult a supervisor, and generally make zero progress. There was no clarification about what the issues were, and it was clear there was no clarification because Susan did not know. If that’s all it was , this would t even be a review. Susans response made this review happen; she became incredibly defensive when pressed on her seeming unfamiliarity. She snapped about how she’d worked with children before, blamed us for our concern over disorganization, and ultimately left out of concerns about Susan’s competence. She responded poorly to that, but that’s more understandable. Anyways. Susan. Maybe a poor teacher of children, definitely a poor diagnostic tech.

  Ophelia was absolutely amazing! I’m usually a bit nervous about blood draws, but she made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. She was very gentle, professional, and found the vein right away with almost no pain at all. On top of that, she was kind, patient, and made me feel completely at ease. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend her!

  The phlebotomist was very skilled and also, very friendly. I had very little discomfort from the blood drawing. Also, the clinic is very clean and bright.

  Rechel did a great job of handling my blood draw! I also loved the new-to-me document scanning at intake! I got to my appointment on time and was taken right away. Indeed, I was just putting away my documents when my name was called!
