  Today I had a medical exam with the doctor's office with Pauline. She was very nice. She explained every medication, how it is, and also she went over my medical chart and what was good, what was not good. She explained it very professionally. I was very happy with her attitude, the smile, and I think definitely next time I will ask for her that I should be seen by her. S khosti

  Sadly the staff is very unprofessional and yes it is true that they make you wait over an hour even if you did schedule your appointment. Doctors are very nice. Their medical assistants are very rude, if I had names I wouldn't mind posting them here. I wish and hope they all get replaced by nicer people. I do understand that we as patients are very impatients and we are extremely demanding. BUT a nice friendly front desk assistants can definitely make a difference.

  101 family medical group. Is the worst clinic I had requested my new Doctor email or call me back in regards to getting myself a new Walker with a seat instead of discussing it with me she didn't even let me know the type she ordered which was extremely rude and disrespectful to me she isn't the one using it

  Be cautious – many reviews seem suspicious. If your appointment is at 9, be prepared to wait at least 2–3 hours. The staff doesn’t seem to care about your time or schedule. After our experience, we’ve decided to change doctors. My honest advice: look for a different provider — there are better options out there.
