  Came in for urgent emergency dental care. Staff was eager to assist; Dolores took our call and welcomed us in, she was very friendly and helpful with the paperwork. I felt very cared for with Clara and Dr. Bishoy. I needed a scary procedure done suddenly, and they were kind, understanding, and tried to be gentle with me throughout. I am not used to having reassurance, patience, and kindness from healthcare providers, and it really does make a world of difference. 🩵

  Great customer service, from the moment you walk in you are welcomed by Sylvia and Dolores whom are the sweetest front desk I've met. Karina worked with me and my husband's finances to get our treatment done. Dr had such a soft hand I didn't feel a thing when he place the anesthesia, and of course Tatiana the hygienist she was so understanding with my husband and helped him ease while getting his cleaning done. Overall great experience. Thank you for taking good care of us! 💕♥️

  Tenia duda de el vencimiento de la garantia de una dentadura de mi mama la cual pague totalmente de mi bolsillo . Y la persona del mostrador me pidio que tenia que esperar a las manager para poder decirme la fecha. Dijo que no podia hacer nada hasta que no tuvieramos una junta todas y poder decir la fecha. Que tenia que esperas mas de 30 minutos para que viera si era posible que las managers ne atendieran. Era solo una fecha lo que necesitaba. Que gente tan incompetete no tienen cerebro nisiquiera para leer una fecha. No pedia nada mas. Pesimo lugar. No quieren hacerse responsables.

  I have been to 6 or 7 different dental offices with specialist and blown up my dental insurance for the last 5 years in a row and have not accomplished almost nothing. By accident I found the "Dentist of West Covina", They raised the bar above all the rest of dentist in The San Gabriel Valley, they are exemplary in their intregrity, their honesty, they are the solution to all your dental needs, especially the way they conduct buisness, they are highly skilled in every aspect of denistry, one quick example, the other guy at the other place, was suppose to take 3 roots out, 3 hours later , I was a bloody mess, he broke off an innocent tooth and could not take out any roots, Dentist of West Covina, did it in 15 minutes, to tugging at all, these are the new guys on the block, highly skilled, Going to the dentist does not have to be torture anymore, thier prices are the best, they do not gouge like the other guys. Thier honest, thats the bottom line, Because Stone Cold Abe said so!!!
