Although the shop was very busy at the time, my salesperson, Isaiah, helped me one-on-one for over an hour… and What a pro! He somehow knew exactly which frames to recommend to me even though there were hundreds to choose from. Enter Joseph the optician. He advised which types of lenses would best suit my personal and professional needs, and also advised on proper fitting. As a courtesy, Joseph even adjusted my older frames (which were not Warby Parker). Finally, Isaiah, and Joseph collaborated with Jien who looked up my insurance benefits and figured out the cost estimates including discounts (yay!) for the 3 pairs of prescription glasses I purchased. I left feeling confident about the choices I had made, and can’t I wait to receive my beautiful new glasses. All in all, a very pleasant and positive experience for me.

When the glasses came the frames did not fit my face the same way in "real life" and I knew I needed to return them. I took the frames to the store in Walnut Creek. The sales person was attentive, courteous and efficient. He helped me find frames that I liked, processed the exchange quickly and conveniently, and helped me apply for VSP insurance reimbursement all in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be getting my next pair of glasses from Warby Parker.
