We had a wonderful experience at this pediatric dental office. Our 10-year-old son loved it, and we did too. Everything was quick, we were seen right on time, and everyone was very friendly. He got to pick a little prize at the end and even received a balloon, he was so happy!
He especially appreciated the screen with cartoons right above his head, which made the whole visit comfortable and kept him distracted during the procedure.
We’re very satisfied with our visit. Thank you!

We had used them for a long time. They are a good practice (hence 2 stars, not 1), but when it came time to deciding our own insurance, I asked and they told me they were in network with Delta Dental. They never said they were in-network but ONLY premier. So when I brought my kids back here for a regular check-up, we were surprised by $350+ out of pocket. Now, they've sent me a follow-on bill for another $174.
That's right: with insurance that they told me would be "in network", we're out $500+ out of pocket for a regular cleaning.

Came here in an emergency situation. My son who has a fear of dentists, loved it here. The Doctor and RDA were very friendly, and same with the man at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
I was excited to bring my kids here, until dealing with the lady who answers the phone there, she is extremely rude and unprofessional.

After over 15 years of going to Walnut Creek Pediatric Dentistry, the owner Dr. Sahar Jaffrey, sent my family a letter dismissing my children. The reason being their age when my son is only 14 and my daughter 19. This dentistry sees young adults in college and my oldest was referred to general dental at 20 years old. So instead of the decency of calling our family to explain why, this cowardly doctor (who is never present in her own office) sends us a BS of a letter. All because I choose to stand up and advocate for my autistic son and my daughter. The best doctor they’d ever had left the practice and the remaining doctor (who told me I should seek a different practice because of my son’s autism) is horrible and I complained. Instead of dismissing your loyal clients maybe ask how you can serve them. Especially when we are paying for a service. Don’t take your kids here. The practice I knew is no more and it disheartens me that it has come to this. They used to actually care and were so sweet. Not the case anymore.
