  From trying to schedule the appointment for a time slot and location that wasn’t a two hour drive away, to getting to the appointment (which was an hour and a half away), the experience was horrible!! The only pleasant part of the entire experience was the woman who drew my blood! She was very kind and helpful even after I realized that I had left my wallet at home and did not have my physical drivers license on me. However, I did have a photo of my license on my phone and she accepted that in which I was truly grateful! Whatever it is that has every Quest location completely booked solid nearly every day, it’s nice to have friendly service during a not-so-pleasant time

  The phlebotomist who drew my blood was very friendly & kind. They were running behind on appointments & the TV screen wasn't working. Some patients were a bit stressed because of that but the staff handled communication with all of us with grace & clarity.

  This location is awful. My appointment was at 10:50 and I was still waiting at 11:30 with many other people ahead of me and eventually had to just leave. On top of that, a woman came in to drop something off and one of the workers just kept calling a patients name in her face and wouldn’t help her and was extremely rude to her.
