First time at this place. Retail clerk did not get my insurance info, didn’t provide what was covered and was condescending. My insurance provider and Warby’s website showed in-network but he stated it was not. Said don’t trust their own website. Poor service and did not feel welcomed.

Great experience at this Warby location in search of a new pair, and will definitely be back! Isaiah was super helpful in helping me track down frames I was looking to try on after seeing them on the app. He let me get a feel for them, even offered the idea of different lens color options, and was overall incredibly helpful, which is always so appreciated when you can be as indecisive as myself. He even let me know I could get my current frames adjusted, and I’m so happy I did! Thanks, Isaiah!!
