- JMJavier M3 days ago5.0Even though Target Optical is not part of my "In Network" which means I get less coverage so I need to pay more out of pocket for all services including frames, 3 years ago my previous job offered a vision insurance in which Target Optical was part of my "in-Network" and I had such a great experience that this year I did not mind paying much more out of pocket just to receive the quality and world class customer service. I bought a pair of Ray-Ban glasses so my lenses are also Ray-Ban which I have not had before in my 15+ year with a vision insurance. I highly recommend Target Optical if you're truly looking for quality and excellent customer service.
