  If there’s any issues had in this place, it’s definitely not the staff’s fault and more likely due to backorder with vendors and stuff like that because every time I’ve been here it’s been a great experience.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Site for Sore Eyes. I placed an order for prescription glasses for my son two weeks ago. They were supposed to be ready last week, but I received no update. When I called, they told me it would be ready this week, but it wasn’t. I called again, and now they say it will be ready next week. The service is incredibly unprofessional, the prices are much higher than other places, and there is a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time. I have never had such a poor experience anywhere else.

  Stopped by to see if they can fix broken off nose pad on my husband Persol sunglasses and they did it in less than 5 minutes. We’ll be back for other services. Thank you!

  I had an amazing experience shopping for new glasses here. I've always been dreading shopping this because I have a small face for an adult and have a hard time finding glasses that fit and look good on me, but this was the first time I actually enjoyed it. Jackeline has been so supportive and worked hard to carefully select frames that look good on me. She's been very patient and clearly focused on finding a frame that makes me look good. Thanks to her I was encouraged to try different styles that I haven't worn before and chose one that makes me look more cheerful and fun: I've gotten so many compliments on it from my friends and family! I'm really grateful for the help and will definitely be back!
