They were supposed to be ready last week, but I received no update. When I called, they told me it would be ready this week, but it wasn’t. I called again, and now they say it will be ready next week. The service is incredibly unprofessional, the prices are much higher than other places, and there is a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time. I have never had such a poor experience anywhere else.
