To make matters worse, the refund I requested took an unreasonable amount of time to be processed, with little communication or care shown throughout. Overall, I did not feel valued as a customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training, as the service I received did not reflect the level of professionalism and courtesy I would expect from LensCrafters.
