- CLChris LeleSep 8, 20255.0I'm typically not a fan of gyms. They're overcrowded, everyone tends to do their own thing, and yep, there's always that one guy grunting after each rep. Then there's ISI. You are led through cleverly crafted exercise routines by a charismatic training who knows you by name--and is always ready with a high five. You sweat it out with others, giving the entire experience something I never associate with gyms: camaraderie. Oh, here's another word: community. Everyone is super friendly, from those who work the desk to all of the trainers (Cass is great and Alek brings an AWESOME energy.) Honestly, it's hard to go back to a regular gym now that I know how fun working out can be. And the results: friends are telling me I'm super ripped. I just smile and say, ISI.

Before they opened, I ended up changing jobs so I was no longer working in the Walnut Creek area. I called 3 different people at ISI and texted them and make it clear I will not be joining their gym anymore. They attempt to run my Credit Card everyday at 3am but it automatically fails. I’ve emailed, called and texted again and they still attempt to run my credit card. I receive daily automated text blast from ISI that is also completely annoying. I have no idea who else to call over there at ISI. Extremely Bad business model . I don’t recommend anyone give this ISI any personal information.
