- CCCelal CevikMar 3, 20252.0I found Dr. Laura's care to be beneficial. However, the front desk staff's behavior was unprofessional. I strongly recommend keeping detailed records of all payments, as their system is unreliable. I received a bill months later for a payment I'd already made. Since they only accept cash or check, proving cash payments is particularly challenging.
- JMjoshua mathisDec 3, 20242.0Review of Dr. Schwartz's Office Dr. Schwartz provides exemplary care, and her professionalism and dedication to her patients are commendable. She has been an excellent provider for my 91-year-old grandmother, who has unique and challenging needs. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for her office staff. On two separate occasions, my grandmother was turned away due to being approximately 20 minutes late. While I understand the importance of adhering to schedules, these instances occurred under exceptional circumstances: once due to heavy traffic and another during poor weather conditions. Despite these factors, the staff showed no flexibility or compassion, even considering my grandmother's advanced age and mobility challenges. The receptionist, in particular, was dismissive and disrespectful during these interactions. When I tried to follow up by phone to relay a message to Dr. Schwartz, the receptionist outright refused to pass along my request, further exacerbating the frustration. This lack of courtesy and understanding is unacceptable, especially in a medical practice serving elderly patients. While Dr. Schwartz's care is outstanding, I strongly urge her to address the behavior of her office staff. Patients, especially those like my grandmother, deserve not only excellent medical care but also respect and support from all levels of the practice.

It's apparent that she's learned from her father, Dr. Paul Schwartz. It's a father-daughter practice which I very much support. I've never been a patient of Dr. Paul Schwartz but just seeing what a great doctor his daughter is gives me an idea of the type of mentorship she must be getting from him. My daughter and I both benefited from our podiatry appointments. Dr. Laura Schwartz leaves no stone unturned. You won't be disappointed. P.S. - This office is takes COVID-19 precautions seriously. You feel safe when you visit.

Yes, Dr. Schwartz is a participating provider in the Medicare program.
HOW DO I GET A REFILL ON MY MEDICATION?
Contact your local pharmacy and have them submit a refill request to our office. Refills are approved during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow at least a 24-hour turnaround time. Refills requested on Friday afternoons may be filled on Monday.
