- KHKalista HurelAug 31, 20252.0Went to my first and last class at this location, unfortunately. My instructor, Allison, was wonderful! Truly one of the best classes I’ve taken at Corepower. Allison was very sweet and encouraging, and an overall great teacher. She is the only reason this review has any stars. I don’t frequent this location and was going with a friend who comes often and has never had a problem with staff in previous visits. Upon arriving, we walked towards the locker rooms, as my friend usually does, only to be rudely confronted by a brunette member of the staff, who spoke to us in a very unkind and snarky tone. She told us we needed to check in before heading to the locker room, which would be totally fine and understandable, however, the way in which she spoke to us was extremely rude and unpleasant as well as completely unnecessary. This interaction left us speechless as we would never expect to be treated this way in a place where we pay to have a membership. It was very jarring, and I am not writing this review to be dramatic, but we left our class today disappointed that this interaction happened. It caught us very off guard and was unprofessional, and I wish I had said something in the moment but it was shocking to be spoken to in that way, as if we were children in trouble, rather than grown adults. Very disappointing.
