  I wouldn’t even give this place one star if that were an option. I have good insurance and called simply to make an appointment with the doctor. Instead of scheduling me like a normal medical office would, the front desk staff told me I had to explain why I needed to be seen so they could relay the information to the doctor first. I was then told they would call me back after the doctor decided whether or not to see me. Apparently, the doctor chose not to. It is incredibly unprofessional and frankly insulting that a patient has to disclose personal medical concerns to a front desk employee just so a doctor can decide if they feel like seeing them. Administrative staff should not be acting as gatekeepers to medical care or collecting private health information so a doctor can pass judgment on whether a patient is “worthy” of an appointment. I cannot believe a medical professional would run an office this way. It is disgusting and completely unacceptable. The entire experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and inappropriate. If this is how this office treats potential patients before they even walk through the door, I can only imagine how patients are treated once they’re actually there. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
