Visit was not rushed and social conversation plus information was shared about test results and how they differed from past tests. It was time for new rechargeable batteries so hearing aides were sent off. Helpful info and an offer to give me a new battery for old set while waiting for return of mailed aides. I always leave the office with a smile.
