  After checking in at the computer kiosk 10 minutes before scheduled appointment and finding out that it didn’t register after waiting for 20 minutes, Jessica was very helpful in changing my overall experience from a negative to a positive.   This was my first visit to your facility in Hesperia. I am used to your facility in Big Bear which is smaller with less Techs so it is never crowded as was the Hesperia facility. However the Techs at both facilities are personable and pleasant even with the stressful conditions due to the demand for their services and the time it takes to perform them.
