DO NOT Schedule at the Victorville location (inside mall) I had scheduled 2 New appointments about 2 months ago; I left work early to arrive as a curtesy 30 minutes early to scheduled appointments in Victorville location, I get told that our appointment were canceled because we didn’t confirm, We NEVER received any email ,text or phone call .. so we left just around 2 weeks ago I decided to give one more try and scheduled an appointment: so I decided to call 2 hours before my scheduled appointment and was told that their was another person at my scheduled time and if the person didn’t I arrive they would call me . This was such a Very UNPROFESSIONAL response and definitely will look for other optometrist .

I've been coming to this location for a while now which is my fault but this is the second time that they got mine and my kids prescription mixed up. When I went in to let them know they told me to wear my glasses and come back if the prescription is still too strong. My 10 uear old daughter was fine with my prescription and I tried on her glasses and it was my prescription. Well the problem never got fixed I will not be going back mind you I walked out of there spending close to $800 on our reading glasses.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
