  Elise has been assisting my mom Monika with companionship, feeding, mobility and friendship at an assisted living facility. She is a care pro and does a great job for Home Instead in Victorville:)

  this service is wonderful and the services provided by caregiver Fernando alvisres are so helpful on daily basic the care provided for my dad. i would recommend home instead to anyone seeking caregiver assistance.

  Our family's experience with Home Instead of Victorville Services over the past several years have had some ups & downs, as one would expect with any service of this type. We have been fortunate to have had just a few different long term (1-2 yr) caregivers during this time and the current caregiver Karen B. has been terrific. Our elderly loved one lives in a fairly remote area and has benefited greatly from the loving care that Karen B. or as we call her "Caregiver Karen" has extended to our family over the past nearly 4 years now! She has gone above and beyond to provide reliable caring service in a variety of helpful ways. We hope she will continue to be our family's caregiver for many years to come.

  The entire staff at Home Instead are caring and professional individuals. WENDY AVELAR has provided outstanding care of my husband for over 5 years. She always shows up on time with a smile. She shows a caring attitude each and every visit she has become a family member to us. THANK YOU HOME INSTEAD!

  Getting an aide is not a negative thing, it helps you to continue to maintain a positive quality of life. I am a veteran and I was calling around to agencies to get information regarding assistance for me. I spoke with Jolene who educated me on a benefit available to veterans through my primary care. I immediately got assistance and I have been with them over a year now. They are accessible, professional and I'm extremely grateful for my aide Jackie! Jackie goes above and beyond to ensure my needs are met including when someone has to step in if she is unavailable (extremely rare).
