  If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I'm not the type to leave negative reviews or reviews in general, but my experience has been so uniquely poor that I feel compelled to share it. I had an appointment on March 9th that I scheduled in February. I was notified this morning that my appointment had been deleted. After calmly expressing my concerns and being interrupted repeatedly, the office then tried to tell me that I never had an appointment in the first place. I marked this on my calendar a month in advance. For whatever reason, the secretary decided to put me in touch with the manager, even though I did not request to speak to her. I did not ask to escalate the matter, as this was purely administrative. I was then placed on hold for 20 minutes. After explaining what had happened, she told me I was being rude, which I was not. I explained that I was not trying to be rude and apologized if I was coming across that way. I also made it clear that I was completely fine with rescheduling for an appointment in April. Despite that, she still hung up on me. She also said she was going to speak to my primary physician and tell her that I was no longer allowed to go there. This is the only dermatologist I have ever seen, and they have all of my records. I then called the office back to stop middle management from interfering with my healthcare in a manner that I clearly stated I do not consent to. After being on hold for a total of 17 minutes, I had to hang up and call again. When I called back, the manager answered and told me that I was no longer allowed to be seen there and that I needed to contact my primary physician. She then hung up on me. Just because I happened to catch the manager at a bad time when the office transferred me without my request does not mean I should be denied medical care. This situation is unreasonable and deeply concerning. I have a referral to this office, and they have all of my medical records regarding my care. By far, this is the worst treatment I have ever experienced from any company. I'm just looking to have my appointment and receive care and if this gets sorted reasonably I will happily delete this review.

  At first reading all the bad reviews made me feel a bit skeptical about this place. However I had a great experience and got treated immediately. Everyone was so helpful and doctor answered all my questions

  My son and I waited a whole Month for this appointment I even asked them to run my insurance prior and they said we were fine! We get to our appointment and they tell us they can’t take us in because our insurance is out of network! I have Bluecross blue shield ppo provided by teamsters of California but because the address on the back of the card says “phoenix Az” she didn’t even bother running our insurance mind you we have lived out whole life in California and this insurance was provided in California! Such a waist of time and drive! I even called one day before to make sure everything was ok and they said yes! Both my son and I lost a day of work and school! And they couldn’t even give me a doctors note because we didn’t get seen!

  Avoid this place! If you’re here for Dermatology you will NEVER be able to see an MD. Their physicians assistant will be the only one you ever see. He also performs the surgeries with no MD oversight. Expect to wait over an hour to be seen for your appointment. The office is filthy. I regret entering this facility, they are not in the business of healthcare. You are nothing more than a dollar here.
