- CFCanaan FranksJan 6, 20261.0The staff doesn't answer the phone... I've called numerous time with no response. They refuse to refill my prescription and will not transfer it despite me trying to ask them. The vons pharmacy isn't here to serve the community and it's workers do not care if your health is adversely affected due to their neglect. Instead of offering alternate options or even an emergency refill the staff told me that its my job to "start calling..." if I wanted it refilled any sooner. Mind you I've been waiting since Dec. 22, 2025 and have been told it would take 1-2 days since then... A pharmacy is required by law to facilitate transfers, offer alternatives, emergency refills, etc. this entire time they've acted like I'm an inconvenience without any regard to the what will happen if I go without it. In summary, the treatment I received was lazy, untrained, and frankly discriminatory. I urge you to take your business elsewhere.
