Ventura Family YMCA

The Ventura Family YMCA is a nonprofit, health and wellness center offering child care, summer camp, youth activities and programs, swimming, youth and adult sports, and play time. The Y offers educational and leadership development activities for children and teens. The fitness facility for adults, families, and seniors consists of a gym, cardio and weight rooms, group exercise classes such as yoga, and personal training. The Y is community-centered, connecting people of all ages and backgrounds to bridge the gaps in each communities’ needs and organize grassroots efforts to influence public policy around social issues, including child welfare, education, and public health. Members join, advocate, volunteer and donate.
