  The worst. I made an appointment months in advance for an appointment with the cardiologist. Even got a reminder a few days before my appointment, uploaded all of my insurance info, necessary forms. Travelled all the way from Mexico for this appointment. Even paid the copay the day before my appointment, then got a call from their office telling me they don't contract with my insurance anymore. Well I should have gotten a call at the beginning of the year, telling me this information. This is really incompetent, mis-managed and the right hand not telling the left hand the proper information. Something is deeply wrong with this organization.

  I saw Dr. Bowen at SPH ER this morning, I really appreciated his bedside manner, kind, friendly, informative and to the point. I felt like he listened to me as well.

  WARNING: HIGH COST FOR 1ST VISIT! I scheduled an appointment for my annual physical which is completely covered by my insurance. Since it was my first visit at Jasemine D Mistry, they now want to charge over 700$ for this preventive measure. Nothing about this has been communicated on my visit though. Would have been good to know, because then I would have chosen a different doctor. On The doctors notes it even states that I wanted to have a physical exam and now they tell me that my physical has not been completed. It also states that I don't have any complaints and just want to have my physical to labs done. Please get this issue sorted. This is not a good experience for a doctors visit :-(

  Dr Swami is a friendly and professional doctor. He has great bedside manner and listened to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed. Also, the front desk staff and nurses were friendly too.

  I have been seeing Dr. Ahern, Endocrinologist, for about a year now to treat my hyperactive thyroid. I am more than happy with the professional care, attention to detail and top notch treatment I receive whenever I am in her office. A friend of mine actually referred me to her so I often compare notes with him to see how she is treating us and my findings are consistent: Dr. Ahern is a premier physician providing procedures, technologies and advances in modern medicine in a modern medical facility.
