  I started my StretchLab journey at their El Segundo location to help manage my arthritis, and it’s honestly been the only thing that’s kept me going. The improvement in my mobility and overall comfort has been incredible. I recently visited the Ventura location, and the experience was just as great. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping you feel better. They take the time to understand your body and tailor each session to your needs. If you’re dealing with arthritis or just looking to improve flexibility and reduce pain, I can’t recommend StretchLab enough!

  When I signed up. I was told that any unused credits would automatically roll over into the next month. I did not use my membership in June (4 credits) plus 1 that had rolled over from May (Making it 5) due to family vacation, graduations and events. While vacationing in Washington. I couldn’t use it because they are franchises and you need to pay more to have a “passport”. Fine I understand the franchise concept. I let it be…but now I find out that I lost majority of my June credits because “only 1 credit can roll over” now that’s where I have a problem. That was not at all what I was told, when I signed up. Completely misleading business model and bad communication. Would not recommend this to anyone.

  I'm a senior who joined in July 2024 and now have much improved flexibility, balance and confidence. Have recommended Stretch Lab to everyone I know.

  I was in for a complimentary stretch on dec 7th! I absolutely LOVED my stretch with Robert and cannot wait until they open in March so I can start my membership and stretches with StretchLab Ventura!
