  I recently stopped by LensCrafters to pick up a new pair of sunglasses, and Angelica made the whole process a breeze. Her customer service is excellent, and she really knows her stuff when it comes to lens tech and frame durability. I’m usually pretty indecisive when it comes to picking out shades, but Angelica was incredibly patient with me. She let me try on a dozen different pairs and gave me honest feedback on what looked best and which frames would actually hold up for daily wear. If you want a smooth, professional experience and someone who actually knows the inventory, go see Angelica. I’m stoked with the pair I walked out with!

  Came in for new glasses and had an awesome experience. One associate in particular made it memorable….great personality, really knew her stuff, and made the process feel effortless. We even got into a quick conversation about what’s “cool” these days, and she definitely passed the test. Felt more like getting help from someone I’d known for a while than a typical store visit.   This was our first time visiting LensCrafters, in Ventura inside the mall we highly recommend it for your yearly eye exam. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, creating a comfortable experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Andrea, who was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. She took the time to understand our needs and guided us in choosing the perfect pair of glasses. Her professionalism and attention to detail truly made a difference in our visit. We will definitely be returning and would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service ask for Andrea, she’s the greatest!
