  I have been getting an annual eye exam for 20 years and this was the most pleasant and helpful visit ever. Even before my call, the LensCrafters office called me to make me aware that my vision insurance benefits didn’t reset for another few weeks and offered for me to reschedule my appointment so I didn’t make a trip I couldn’t afford. I did choose to keep the appointment because I’m out of contact lenses and have an overdue prescription. The individual/technician who did my intake forms and my initial screening exams (I regret that I don’t have their name) was such a gem! They were kind, considerate, and helped me understand what was coming up next and what I was expected to do and when, something that seems simple, but if done wrong can cause unnecessary stress. They took care in their language when talking about my medical history and medications, which matters so much in the healthcare setting, but is often overlooked or misunderstood. Dr. Muhamed was kind and welcoming (especially for a late appointment on a Friday). He was understanding when I didn’t know information about my past contact orders and worked with his staff and my memory to piece together the best path forward. I’d never met him before but he felt like a partner in my healthcare from his first handshake to when he helped compete a form about the visit to help me claim a care credit from my insurance company. He seemed to genuinely care about my health in a way other providers (and some I’ve known much longer) haven’t. Alexa who checked me out was helpful as well and answered my remaining questions. All of my interactions at the appointment were lovely. Thank you for making a task feel pleasant and helping me go into a work conference with confidence (new contacts)!

  I went in just to get an eye exam and purchase my frames online as usual. Alexa connected with me after my exam and she was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Apparently she’s a salesperson too because I wound up with 2 frames instead of none. Thank you Alexa for the phenomenal experience, you are 1 of 1!

  Ventura office staff was amazing very friendly. Dr. Strickland was fantastic and was able to work with me on getting contact lens that worked for me. I wish I could remember the name of the guy that did my eye tests. He had a great personality and customer service. Very happy with my service.
