  Katie is an amazing instructor! Absolutely love her and her Yoga Sculpt classes. Whenever I’m having “a day or week” all I need to do is book one of Katie’s classes to clear out my energy and get back on track!

  I’ve taken three classes thus far and have enjoyed them. Great teachers. However, I just had a pair of $70 shorts stolen from me in the men’s locker room. This is obviously out of control from the studio’s standpoint, yet it does bump down my review from 5 to four stars.

  I was visiting from out of town and tried CorePower Yoga for a week — and I absolutely loved it! Every instructor brought great energy, with clear cueing and awesome playlists that kept me motivated. The heated environment added that extra “spice” that made each class feel powerful and rewarding. My favorite format was Core Power 2 — challenging, energizing, and just the right intensity. And a special shout-out to Chris — hands down my favorite instructor! Her classes were incredibly well-led, with thoughtful sequences and inspiring energy. I only wish I could stay longer!

  This CorePowerYoga spot just opened up In Ventura, I love the instructors and front desk staff. The studio is also super cute ! Only thing I would suggest is doing the cold towels at the end of class, just a preference but than that 10/10.
