Front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming, and took time to ask questions and make sure I was prepared before class started. Meagan is a fantastic instructor. She has an extensive background in Pilates and it definitely shows. She made sure everyone felt successful and found ways to meet each individual with where they were at. Highly recommend trying it out!

It's a great addition to my normal workout routine. The staff is helpful and the studio is clean. This is a wonderful location to improve your overall self.
