Her background as a dancer shines through in the way she teaches, welcomes, inspires, and creates an environment where everyone feels supported and challenged. I’ve attended classes taught by Amanda and Tallulah as well, and both are exceptional instructors—professional, enthusiastic, and always attentive to providing thoughtful modifications for every fitness level. As somebody who has typically been doing yoga and Pilates over the past few years, I am pleasantly surprised by the amount of strength and cardio I get out of the barre classes. Classes are intentionally small, which creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere filled with like-minded, kind women who genuinely uplift one another. Every visit leaves me feeling stronger, more grounded, and grateful to be part of this community. Highly recommend!
