Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.
I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said.
I had a really frustrating experience with StretchLab that I think others should be aware of. What was presented as an introductory session ended up leading into a membership commitment that wasn’t clearly explained upfront. The sales process felt misleading, and once I realized what I had signed up for, it was extremely difficult to resolve.
I tried to dispute the charges and work it out directly, but got nowhere. I ended up being charged around $1,000 for services I didn’t fully understand I was committing to.
The actual stretching service itself may be fine, but the way memberships and billing are handled is something I would strongly caution people about. Make sure you fully understand what you’re agreeing to before signing anything.
Just sharing this so others don’t end up in the same situation.

I had such a great experience at StretchLab in Venice Beach, and I have to specifically shout out Joey. You MUST book him!
What really sets him apart is not just his background in kinesiology and flexology, but his training in martial arts. You can feel the difference immediately. He understands how to breathe into each stretch, and he’s incredibly intuitive when it comes to reading the body, feeling the subtle movements of the ligaments and knowing exactly when to deepen or ease off.
He never forces anything. Instead, he focuses his energy and allows the stretch to unfold naturally, slowly letting go at just the right moments. As a former contemporary dancer, this is a huge deal to me. In dance, we stretch each other with intention, always connected to breath and awareness. Joey works in that same way, it’s almost like a conversation without words. There’s no need for small talk because everything is communicated through the stretch and the energy being released.
If it’s your first time trying StretchLab, trust the process. It definitely takes multiple sessions to really see and feel the results, but it is absolutely worth every penny.
And for my fellow flexible pros, if you’re at the point where a band just isn’t enough and you need someone who can safely guide you into deeper stretches, I highly recommend Joey. I completely trust him with my body. I am eternally grateful.
