  Best gnc I’ve gone to in the valley!!! Always clean and friendly staff. Been coming here for years and they are far and away the most honest and helpful people. 6 out of 5 stars!!!

  Poor customer service. I had a package that I wanted to get a refund on and they refused to saying they can’t do it at this store and that my best option was to go to a different store. Great recommendation because they said “all store are able to help with refunds just chose not to.”

  Very large selection of healthy food snacks, a large variety of protein shakes and vitamins for the family. Very helpful staff. Very clean store. Face masks is required in the store. Online purchase or in-store purchase. Plenty of parking in rear. Highly recommended.

  there is always an out to lunch sign up. last time he came out took down the sign as i pulled out. i went in and the employee was very passive aggressive as soon as i walked in i was met with a resentful glare. when i asked what was the pills he silently handed me the bottle didn't even look at me. a good employee with nothing to do would've just read it. i will never shop there while this ia how it feels. cheaper online anyway. this is why bezos is winning.

  I feel like having a personal advisor with my vitamins going to GNC in Van Nuys location. Clay listen Nd gives you recommendation according to your needs. It’s not the sane in all other GNC locations. Panorama city branch is the worst. Go to the gnc in van Nuys and see Clay . You will see the difference in customer service.
